We have only 2 CPLEX licenses at IFOR. If the solver output indicates that all
licenses are in use, please try again later.
In order to maintain high CPLEX availability to IFOR "inhabitants", there is
also a limit of 10 seconds of CPU usage for the solver; thus, if your LP
is too big, you can't solve it using this interface. 10 seconds is quite a lot for
CPLEX. So if you're solving LPs that big, you may want to buy a proper
license from IBM anyway ;-)

for an IFOR account.
